Wrong relationship is not the crime - Supreme court judgement (Section 497)

According to the adultery law section 497, a man can be punished for having a sexual relationship with a married woman without the consent of her husband
The latest supreme court verdict on section 497 (Adultery Law) says that the adulterous relationship between married male and female is not a crime and the punishment is against the section 497 of the constitution
The five-judge Supreme Court bench headed by Chief Justice Dipak Misra verdict have said that the wrong relationship between married male and female is not a crime

Chief Justice Dipak Misra said in his verdict, "Section 497 of the Indian Penal Code, which is punishable only by men involved in sexual relationship with a married woman, is against the constitution."
The 497 Section of the Indian Penal Code, which prohibits only men engaging in adulterous relationship
Both male and female can not be punished. Sexual relationship is the choice of two. The Chief Justice said that it was not criminal offense until nobody committed suicide
Even if the court confirms that the adulterous relationship was not fault. In cultural point of view, it will break the Indian culture and brings in foreign culture to nation and breaks our traditional marriage regulations of one man for one woman
So such kind of mistakes will be reduced only if psychological changes occur
